• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access was facilitated by your failure to maintain account security.

In all circumstances where liability cannot be fully excluded, the total aggregate liability of 7c77u to any individual player shall not exceed the total value of net deposits made by that player during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.

7c77u collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and should be read in conjunction with this document. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect legitimate interests pending the outcome of arbitration.
